Job Title: Junior Staff Accountant
Reports To: CFO
• Assist finance team in preparing financial statements by accurately compiling information from various
sources.
• Coordinate with team members to complete monthly closing procedures including review and
preparation of journal entries, accruals and supporting schedules.
• Participate in the review A/P and A/R ledgers to ensure transactions are entered accurately and timely
following company guidelines and GAAP.
• Assist the team to prepare external financial statements and work with auditors to help ensure a timely
and efficient year-end audit/review.
• Recommend improvement initiatives to make month-end, quarterly and annual close processes more
efficient for the finance team as well as other departments.
• Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data to give the most
complete answer possible.
• Familiar with U.S. and Chinese GAAP and prepare monthly report for HQ in China as well as support
during internal financial audit of Hisun USA.
• Create and deliver ad-hoc reports and data as requested by upper management.
• Communicate with key outside contacts within the power sports industry including, Dealers, vendors,
and clients as needed in a courteous and professional manner.
• Participate in the annual operating budgeting process, offering insight through analysis and review of
proposals submitted considering factors of the manufacturing industry and our growing business.
• Conduct business daily in an ethical way, applying financial policies and procedures of the company
while protecting the organization’s values, including keeping information confidential.
• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Accounting/Finance degree or at least 2-3 years of accounting/finance experience is required.
• Reporting Skills, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management skills, and Attention to Detail
• Advance skill in MS Office Excel and SAP
• Must successfully work individually and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently with
minimal direction.
• Communication skills; both verbal and written along with problem solving skills is a must.
• Must be fluent English/Chinese; both written and verbal.

CPA or proactively pursuing for CPA exam
