Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of Marketing including digital, web, social media content, video, etc., for all Hisun brands including retail, dealer and private label.
• Work with managers and Chief Product Officer to develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Supervise the marketing team to ensure all goals are met for time, quality, and creativity.
• Monitor all social media pages, forums, websites and any other existing or future digital communities/platforms ensuring team members are engaging as directed.
• Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions to meet company initiatives.
• Work with Sales Teams to ensure content is informative, accurate and supports team goals, objectives and unit features as needed.
• Communicate with industry professionals to create a strong marketing network via social media platforms and others to engage and build the brand.
• Deliver new ideas and suggestions, while being open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Assist in defining the most important KPI’s for Marketing, aligning with Sales and Company goals.
• Maintain a marketing calendar to include important dates within the industry, competitors, company promotions, vendor events, etc.
• Manage and facilitate the completion of all Marketing Department duties, including content creation, data research, e-mail campaigns, photography, videography, etc.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3-5 years marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with focus in Marketing and/or Business Administration.
• Previous supervisory experience, positive leadership, and management skills.
• Must be able to multitask, problem solve, and easily adapt to changing situations.
• Proficient with applications specific to Marketing and systems, including Word and Excel.
• Communication skills, both verbal and written, listening, and problem-solving skills are a must.
• Must successfully work individually and as part of a team positively and professionally.
• Experience in content generation for all facets, including digital, social, print, web, etc.
• Knowledge and proficiency in Social Studio or other content management systems
• Experience effectively managing a variety of marketing projects and timelines meeting goals with both quality and timeliness.
• Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud preferred proficiency.
