McKinney, Texas — November 2022 — HISUN Motors USA today announced the appointment of Allen Talley as Director of Retail Products, strengthening the company’s focus on product execution and program development across its growing retail channel.
In this role, Talley is responsible for supporting the development and execution of retail product programs, working across product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure alignment between product definition, customer requirements, and retail channel expectations.
Talley brings extensive experience in product development, program management, and commercial execution, including direct leadership within the utility vehicle category. Prior to joining HISUN, he served as Director of Utility Terrain Vehicle Business at Stanley Black & Decker, where he led strategy and execution for UTV programs, working across engineering, product management, and commercial teams to bring vehicles to market.
“Allen and I have worked together across multiple projects and industry partnerships over the years, and I’ve seen firsthand his ability to lead complex product programs and deliver results,” said Jason Sun, then Chief Executive Officer of HISUN Motors USA. “His experience within the UTV category and his understanding of how to connect product development with market requirements make him a strong addition to the team as we continue to grow our retail business.”
“Allen brings a strong combination of product, program management, and operational experience,” said Charles Kim, Chief Product Officer of HISUN Motors USA. “His background in leading UTV programs at the OEM level, combined with his ability to align cross-functional teams, will be important as we continue to develop and execute our retail product strategy.”
Talley’s broader experience includes leadership roles across product development, marketing, and business strategy at companies such as Diebold Nixdorf, Paragon Water Systems, and Moen Incorporated, where he led initiatives across product development, commercialization, and business growth.
“I’m excited to join HISUN at a time when the company is expanding its retail presence and evolving its product portfolio,” said Talley. “There is a strong opportunity to improve alignment across product development and retail execution, and I look forward to working with the team to support that growth.”
This appointment reflects HISUN Motors USA’s continued investment in strengthening product execution and alignment across its retail channel as the company expands its footprint in the U.S. market.
