McKinney, Texas — March 10, 2026 — HISUN Motors USA today announced the expansion of Charles Kim’s role to Chief Product and Marketing Officer, reinforcing the company’s focus on aligning product development, brand strategy, and go-to-market execution across both dealer and retail channels.

Since joining HISUN Motors USA as Chief Product Officer, Charles has played a central role in shaping the company’s product portfolio and platform strategy, leading the development and launch of key vehicle programs across national retail and independent dealer networks. His work has focused on establishing a more structured and scalable approach to product definition, positioning, and channel alignment.

The expansion of his role formalizes the integration of product and marketing functions under unified leadership, supporting HISUN’s broader effort to create a more cohesive and consistent approach from product development through customer experience.

“Charles has had a significant impact on how we think about product and how we bring it to market,” said King Dai, Chief Executive Officer of HISUN Motors USA. “His ability to connect product development, market positioning, and channel strategy has been an important part of strengthening our business. Expanding his role allows us to continue building a more aligned and coordinated approach moving forward.”

In his expanded role, Charles will continue to lead product strategy and platform development while also overseeing brand, marketing, and go-to-market execution. This includes aligning product architecture with pricing, positioning, channel strategy, and customer experience across both dealer and retail environments.

“HISUN is in a unique position in the market, operating across both retail and dealer channels,” said Charles Kim. “Bringing product and marketing together allows us to be more intentional in how we define our platforms, how we position them, and how we support them in market. The goal is to build a more connected and disciplined system—one that aligns product development, brand, and execution from the start.”

Charles brings more than two decades of experience across product development, engineering, and go-to-market strategy. As co-founder of Vialink Corp. and SEIZMIK, he led the development of product platforms, aftermarket ecosystems, and global sourcing strategies supporting OEM and private-label programs, while building and scaling brands across both dealer and big-box retail channels.

Prior to joining HISUN, Charles served as Vice President of Innovation and Product Development at Nivel, where he led product evaluation and integration efforts across multiple acquisitions, helping unify them into a cohesive UTV aftermarket portfolio.

The expansion of this role reflects HISUN Motors USA’s continued focus on building a more structured and scalable organization, aligning leadership across product, marketing, sales, and operations to support long-term growth.
